THE MARATHON TEAM

During his early years, he played a key role in the meteoric resurgence of George Takei, who today is frequently referred to as one of the most popular personalities on social media. Mike's work has been featured in Forbes, Wired Magazine, Newsday, and on his parents' fridge. Other credits and collaborators include The Public Theater, The Vineyard, The American Theatre Wing’s Tony Awards, and The Santa Fe Opera. Mike is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association, the largest dues paying Alumni Association in the world. He serves as the President of the School of Theatre Alumni Programs Group. In 2016, he received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Penn State Alumni Association, and in 2017 he received the prestigious Alumni Achievement Award from the University.
Notable: Hustle Award - Middle School Basketball

She has experience with social strategy, content creation, campaign execution and community management. You can almost always find her within 5 inches of her phone listening to country music. She's excited to join the team!
Notable: Won the computer award in 4th grade.

She's fiercely passionate about innovative social media marketing campaigns and loves being able to implement them in an industry as creative as Broadway. As a California-native turned New Yorker, she is the proud owner of her first winter coat.

If she's not out seeing theater, Ava is likely binge watching a new TV show or traveling. An avid traveler, Ava has been to many countries and even did a Semester at Sea in college.


Notable: The Golden Hammer, for building the set for his community theatre production of Beauty and the Beast

A Midwesterner, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017 with a BFA in Film and Animation Production. Since then, he's worked with companies like Kohl's, Petco, and Oath as a graphic designer and video content creator.
Outside of work, he is a full-time dog dad to his Pomston, Scout. His hobbies include walking Scout, snuggling Scout, and watching cartoons with Scout.
Notable: Most Loyal Customer (from Burger King), #1 Dad (from Scout), Handsomest Young Man (from his grandma).

Previous to joining Marathon Dgtl, Chris served as the Manager of Events & Strategic Partnerships for Tony Award-winning producer Ken Davenport. During his time at Davenport Theatrical, Chris contributed to major marketing initiatives and campaigns for a variety of shows and enterprises including Once On This Island, Gettin' The Band Back Together, Macbeth starring Alan Cumming, The Producer's Perspective, Did He Like It, among others.
Chris oversaw creative ideation, partners and sponsors, venue, budget and staffing for events including the first-ever Producer's Perspective Super Conference, Tony Award and SRC celebrations for Once On This Island, opening night of Gettin' The Band Back Together, numerous seminars (online and off), and additional industry socials.
Chris is a graduate for the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) where he earned the Lehman Engel Award for Outstanding Leadership and a certification in Public Relations from the McMicken College of Arts and Sciences.
When not in the office, he directs and produces the work of new writers or seldom produced artists.
Honorable: Completed a 26 mile ocean kayaking trek in the Outer Banks. (That's where they film Shark Week, y'all!)


When she is not social media-ing, you can usually find Erin singing, writing, or spending time at church. As a grown-up theatre kid, getting to work in this industry is an absolute dream come true, and she is excited for all the adventures that lie ahead!
Notable: Valedictorian of her 1st grade homeschool class.
